Hi! I’m Lynn from beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho ♡
I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Justin, and together we’ve raised three awesome kids (now grown & out living their lives). Family is everything to us, and the closeness we have is truly God’s grace on our lives. We’ve also built a home where communication matters and nothing is off limits. Honest conversations = freedom.
In my mid-30s, I had a sudden outbreak of cystic acne during a season of nonstop stress: full-time student, three little kids, a crashing real estate market, Justin working extra shifts, a new puppy… and me running on fumes. I did what most of us do, I went the conventional route, tried all the creams and antibiotics, and nothing helped. That experience planted a seed: maybe the answer isn’t another quick fix… maybe I should figure out what's causing it...

My passion for proactive health deepened when my dad was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that eventually led to cancer and a long list of complications. We were incredibly close, we shared the same birthday and he married Justin and me... he’d tell me every year I was the best birthday present he ever got. Watching him become weaker with each new treatment was heartbreaking, and it opened my eyes in a way I can’t unsee: if you don’t educate and advocate for your health, it can become a helpless journey. That season changed how I view my health forever and made me determined to build a stronger foundation for myself and my family not out of fear, but out of ownership.

In 2021, after moving to Coeur d’Alene, we noticed how much the local water was affecting our son’s skin. I had already implemented so many wellness tools, but I hadn’t truly looked into what we were drinking and bathing in every day. When I pulled the water testing reports and saw what was in our supply - including high levels of arsenic and other contaminants - it was a no brainer that we needed to do something. Around the same time, we entered our empty nester era. After 23 years of raising kids, it was suddenly just the two of us and I was craving something fresh that was mine. A challenge. A project. A purpose that would stretch me and keep me growing. This new community gave me that and more.
It has brought friendship, support, and a group of like-minded, pro-active health seekers… plus the opportunity to build income online in a way that fits real life. Time freedom. Location freedom. Financial freedom. And the ability to say yes to last-minute trips when my kids call, my favorite part.
